Cancellation
To guarantee an exceptional experience, Sẁiẁs Spirit Tours makes every effort to personalize your tour and secure your requested date and times, including committing our vehicle and tour guide to your reservation. Advance requests and appointments may also be required at wineries depending on seasonality and guest requests, as many wineries only accept visitors by appointment. Upon reservation, Sẁiẁs Spirit Tours will request full payment to confirm your reservation. Guests have up to 14 days prior to the reservation date to cancel without penalty. Canceling less than 14 days prior to the reservation date 100% of the reservation will be charged as the cancellation fee. Should alternate dates be available, every effort will be made to accommodate your reservation at no penalty.
Children
In accordance with provincial legislation, only adults aged 19 and over are permitted to drink alcohol. Children 18 and under are not permitted on our tour excursions. For private tours and other related services, children may be permitted. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Meals
Lunch tours exclude the cost of lunch. Sẁiẁs Spirit Tours will make restaurant reservations for your group. We may adjust the restaurant location as per restaurant availability, group size, guest requests, and other factors. Guests order à la carte and pay the restaurant directly. Restaurant and dietary requests are welcome, but are not guaranteed. Swiws Spirit Tours is not responsible for communicating food allergies, dietary restrictions, et cetera, and guests should inform the restaurant of such upon arrival.
Pick-up
There is complimentary pick-up and drop-off for our wine tour guests, and we often pick-up guests at different locations for a tour. Please be considerate of other guests and be ready for pick-up at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Your tour guide will collect you at the front doors of your accommodations unless otherwise notified. Please contact us immediately if you foresee any complications.
Scents
Tasting wine is a sensory experience, including the sense of smell. Cologne and perfume can have an adverse effect on you and your party's tasting experience, and on the experience of other guests visiting the winery. Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, and other heavy scents when embarking on your wine tour. Lipstick and lip gloss can also have a detrimental effect on your tasting experience.
Tasting Fees
Tasting fee’s charged by the winery’s are an additional expense and are not included in the rates posted for tours. Please ask for clarification , if required. The number and variety of wines offered at wineries is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the winery.
Gratuities are not included.

Specialty Wine Tours

I would like to start by thanking you for the continued support during this time and I trust you are well and safe. We want you to know we have implemented policies for health and safety practises to protect our guests and staff. For your protection physical distancing as well as sanitation protocols for all tours going out along with all common areas of bus (transport) are being cleaned regularly throughout the day. Each winery will have their own Covid – 19 protocols that everyone must follow.
Symptoms
Anyone who has symptoms of Covid – 19 in the last 10 days is unable to come on to the bus. Symptoms include fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell and taste, muscle aches and headache.
Food or Drink
There is to be no food or drink consumed on the bus during the tour. We will provide you with a bottle of water that can be consumed while on the bus.
Seating Available on the Bus
To maintain social distancing during the Covid-19 outbreak each tour will have a maximum of 6 people allowed on the bus for each tour. There are three rows of seats and two people allowed per row. During the tour you must return to your seat after each winery and do not change to a different row.
Hand Sanitation
Sanitize your hands after leaving each winery before entering the bus and returning to your seat on the bus.
Social Distancing at Wineries
You and your party must always maintain 2-metre (6 feet) separation from anyone else at the wineries. Avoid unnecessary physical contact.
Be kind and supportive – Remember we are all in this together!
Irregularities
If you come across someone not in your group, please maintain the 2-metre (6 feet) social distancing requirement. If someone infringes on your 2-metre (6 feet) distance, kindly remind them of the 2-metre (6 feet) rule.
